こちらが問題文でした。

I have something to tell you about. I went to a library* with my friends yesterday. I wanted to study at home, but my friends suggested studying at a quiet place. So, we went to the library near the station. It was very beautiful, and there was a surprise. There was a café in the library. Do you think such cafés will become popular in the future?

指示は「下線部の特徴を問う具体的な質問を2つしなさい。」でした。

模範解答は下記でした。

I am interested in the library. What time does it close? How many people can study there? About your question, I think cafés in libraries will become popular in the future. When people spend long hours in the library, a café is a good place to take a break.

質問を2つなので、下記2文が対応しています。

まず、これは押さえて当たり前です。

ところが、メールは疑問文で終わっていますよね。これにも答えなければいけません。また、上記2文だけでは11語しかなりません。目安は40語～50語なので、これでは少なすぎるわけです。

I think cafés in libraries will become popular in the future.

まず、ここで自分は賛成か反対かの立場を表明していますね。面接試験と同じですね。AgreeかDisagreeか聞かれることと同じです。

When people spend long hours in the library, a café is a good place to take a break.

そして理由も述べています。
