Easter is a Christian holiday that celebrates the belief in the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, goes back almost two thousand years to the very beginnings of Christianity.

Almost 80% of Americans celebrate Easter, and it is the second most popular candy-buying holidays after Halloween.
