Some people choose to work for companies that create environmentally friendly products and services. Do you think the number of such people will increase in the future?

模範解答は下記でした。

I think so. First, people who work in these companies can expect to earn a steady income. Demand for environmentally friendly products is growing, and some companies are performing well. Second, people can take pride in their work. This is because working for a company that provides environmentally friendly products and services gives people the feeling that they can contribute to society. Therefore, I think the number of people who choose to work for companies that create environmentally friendly products and services will increase in the future.

2024年度第3回 2級解答

まず、環境に優しい製品がつくる会社で働く人が増えていくか、「あなたは思うか」どうか聞かれていますね。

思うか思わないかかはっきり言わなければなりません。

Do you think the number of such people will increase in the future?

I think so.

I think so.でくくって良いのか。

筆者だったら、こう書くと思います。

I think the the number of people who choose to work for companies that create environmentally friendly products and services will increase in the future.

ただし、公式が作文ではI think soでくくって良いと言っているので、良いのでしょう。

理由は二つです。

First、Secondと分かりやすくしています。これ大事です。

採点者は、楽に採点できることを望んでいます。

First, people who work in these companies can expect to earn a steady income. Demand for environmentally friendly products is growing, and some companies are performing well.

Second, people can take pride in their work. This is because working for a company that provides environmentally friendly products and services gives people the feeling that they can contribute to society.

第一の理由は給与面から、第二の理由は働く人たちの心理からですね。

ただ、またまた突っ込みを入れさせてもらうなら、in the futureの話をしている割には、二つ目の理由は今までもそうだったことを書いていますね。

（対して第一の理由はまさしく、伸びて行くと言っています。Demand for environmentally friendly products is growing）

環境に優しい製品をつくる会社で働くことに意義を見出す人たちは、今までもあったし、これからもあるに違いありません。それが更に今後加速的に伸びていくかどうかを聞いている（と筆者は読んだ）わけです。

ですので、筆者だったらこう付け加えますね。

「社会はそのような人たちをもっと賞賛するだろう。」と付け加えます。

これで今後伸びていくかに言及できます。

Therefore, I think the number of people who choose to work for companies that create environmentally friendly products and services will increase in the future.

そしてこのように結論が来ますね。

序論と結論がまったく一緒ですが、、、

いいんです！

合格点を狙っているなら、繰り返して良いんです。

変に今まで使ってない表現使って、文法ミスやらかして減点されるなら、同じこと書きましょう！

2級からは必ず結論が求められます。
