In Japan, some people say that famous tourist sites, such as castles and temples, should limit the number of visitors. Do you agree with this opinion?

模範解答は下記でした。

I agree with this opinion. First, visitors can enjoy sightseeing more comfortably. With the limitations, famous sites could be less crowded, and visitors could enjoy famous sites without having to wait in long lines. Second, limiting the number of visitors would help improve the daily lives of people living near tourist sites. When fewer visitors come to these sites, people living nearby can reduce the number of problems, such as garbage and noise caused by these visitors. Therefore, I think that famous tourist sites should limit the number of visitors.

まず、観光地において訪問者の数を制限するかどうか、「あなたは同意するか」どうか聞かれていますね。

同意するか同意しないかはっきり言わなければなりません。

なお、agreeは「賛成する」とも訳されますが、今まで筆者が指導して来た経験から、この訳は誤解を招きやすいと感じております。

ここは、「同意するか」と捉えてください。

筆者だったら、こう書くと思います。

ただし、公式が作文ではI agree with this opinion.でくくって良いと言っているので、良いのでしょう。

First、Secondと分かりやすくしています。これ大事です。

採点者は、楽に採点できることを望んでいます。

第一の理由は快適さから、第二の理由は近所迷惑の観点からですね。
